We do not have a return ,exchange , repair service unless it is proven that the piece is damaged upon receipt or the design size does not match the measurements given by the customer, then you can return it for a refund or replacement, the choice is yours. Returns are now free inside Kuwait. We will be happy to offer you a refund excluding shipping / handling costs collected within 7 days of receipt by contacting us. The returns policy does not apply to merchandise that has been used, washed, damaged, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All tags must be attached to the merchandise and returned in their original condition. You must provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before a return is allowed. The item/s will be checked and rejected or approved before a refund is issued. Faulty Items We take a great deal of care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event that the item is deemed faulty, please contact us at your earliest convenience but no later than 3 days of receiving your order. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If a replacement isn’t available you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.
